Health & Science is deeply committed to its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) engagement.
Our initiatives aim to reduce the environmental footprint of our events, strengthen our social engagement, and continuously improve our activities.
We integrate sustainable practices into every stage of event organization:
Waste management: on site sorting; wood, glass, and cardboard recycling; collection of booth materials for recovery and end of event reuse.
Eco designed spaces: reuse of furniture and partition systems, widespread LED lighting, environmentally friendly cleaning products, and FSC or PEFC certified wood.
Responsible mobility: we encourage carpooling, public transportation, and low impact mobility options.
Eco responsible materials: reduced printing, widespread use of QR codes, and recovery and recycling of badges and lanyards.
Sustainable catering: bio based tableware, organic waste management, anti food waste initiatives, and local or French sourcing.
Moving Forward Together
CSR is a process of continuous improvement.
We regularly assess our practices, involve our partners, and gather their input to reinforce our initiatives to meet and exceed sustainability, ethics, and accountability expectations.
Certified ISO 20121 since June 2021, we advise and support our clients by placing their events within a socially, environmentally, and economically responsible framework.
Our sustainable development policy has three pillars: make procurement more responsible, reduce environmental impact, and ensure the well being of all people involved. It provides a rigorous and structured base for deploying effective operations.
Our agency aligns with the GL events Group's Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy, as outlined in its new sustainability report compliant with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive*). This alignment ensures our clients a consistent and transparent framework.
